Around the world each year approximately one-million people die by suicide–that’s one death every 40 seconds. Both man and woman have thought of suicide at similar rates. Woman are more likely to seek out help general practitioners or other support services than man and feel confident that a professional can help them. Around the world every three minutes someone aged 25- 34 dies by suicide. We all might can’t stop those unexpected thought but might be we can reduce the number of suicide cases by asking this question “ARE YOU OKAY?”
